Within your Consultify profile you can send consultation forms via email for the client to fill out prior to their visit, or you will also have the ability to fill forms out face to face. The choice is yours! Once a client has completed a consultation form, it will be visible in their client profile. You will also have the ability to add treatment notes to each form after treatment to details things such as products used, adverse reactions, images etc.
You will also be able to send pre and post care forms via email for clients to review prior to treatment, protecting your business and meaning wasted appointments will be reduced due to improper or unknown pre care by the clients.
